Micro Business Systems handles our order-picking system, which makes it possible to quickly pull the right items based on the orders submitted by our sales team. They also manage the integration of the hand-held units used by our sales force, so the entire system works together.
You can’t beat their service – Karen O’Lane is available practically twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. I find it very reassuring to know that if we have any questions or problems that there is someone we can reach quickly to help us get the answers we need. I have zero complaints, I am 100% happy with the service that we’ve gotten from them.
